The Fountain Square Condominium Association strictly enforces its Rules and Regulations as safety, liability, and fairness throughout the community are our foremost concerns. The Board of Directors updates these rules and regulations from time to time as needed. It is a good idea to download these rules in a timely fashion to stay current. Updates are announced on our home page and at Board of Directors’ meetings which occur the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at the clubhouse at 1799 N. Highland Ave., Clearwater, FL, unless otherwise posted at the Association’s clubhouse.
